How about whipping up an éclair cake? It may sound like a daunting task, but really it's not so bad - especially when you can following along with a video tutorial.
3.5 oz. of vanilla pudding mix
8 oz. of whipped cream
3 cups of milk
a package of graham crackers
16 oz. of chocolate frosting.
1. Let's get started. In a mixing bowl, combine your milk, whipped cream, and pudding mix.
2. Now that that's done, line your baking dish with graham crackers.
3. Then, layer half of the pudding over the crackers and smooth it out. Add another layer of graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding, and then one last layer of crackers.
4. To complete the job, top the dish off with chocolate frosting.
5. Stick your dish in the fridge for at least four hours before serving. Then, do your best not to eat it all in one sitting. Just look at that deliciousness.
