How to make berry banana muffins using only three ingredients 

Whether you are looking for a healthy(er) recipe that's also kid friendly or you have a craving for something sweet late at night, this easy recipe, from Mind over Munch, will please. You will need two ripe bananas, four eggs and a container of your favorite berry. 
Heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grab two ripe bananas. Make sure the bananas have some brown spots for a sweeter result. When a banana is ripe the starch converts to sugar, which makes the bananas sweeter (and eliminating the need for sugar in this recipe) according to One Green Planet.

Mash your bananas with a fork in a medium-sized bowl. 
After your bananas are completely mashed, add three eggs to the mixture and whisk well. 
Set your banana mixture aside and pull out your muffin tin. Make sure to spray the pan to keep the muffins from sticking and a few of your favorite berries to each tin. 
 
Next, pour the banana mixture over the berries, filling each cup. Tap the pan gently on the counter to get rid of any air bubbles and place in your heated oven. 
Your muffins should take about 12 minutes to bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Check the muffins at about 10 minutes if your oven cooks a bit faster. 
Let your muffins cool for about five minutes before enjoying with a glass of cold milk. While this video uses raspberries, consider trying blackberries or blueberries for a different flavor mix.
